To download a new/old voter id card, you must follow a few simple steps below.
Before going to download a voter id card online you have to ensure that your voter id card is linked to your mobile number because at the time of downloading the voter id card an OTP will be sent to your mobile number.
Step1:- First of all you have to visit the official website of the national voter’s service portal i.e:- nvsp.in
and the home page of the official website will appear on your screen where you have to see many options like new voter id application, voter id correction, voter list download, e-epic download, etc., and a login/register button is shown on the bottom left side of the page.
Step2:- Now just click on the login/register button then a login page will appear and it will ask for the user id and password. if you already registered in this portal before then log in using your id and password and if visit this portal for the first time you have to register in this portal.
Step3:- To register click on the button don’t have an account register here. now a registration form will appear. If you have a voter id card then click on I have epic number otherwise click on I don’t have epic number. Now fill in the form by providing the required details and proceed.
Step4:- Now a popup will show that you are registered successfully and it will redirect you to the login page automatically. Now login by entering the user id and password you just created and fill the captcha and click on login.
Step5:- Now a dashboard will appear on your screen here you have to click on E-Epic download and a form will appear and there are also two options given. If you know your epic number then click on the first option otherwise click on the second one if you choose 2nd option then you must know your reference id.
Step6:- Now provide your epic/acknwledgement number in the given space and click on search button. Now your voters details will shown to you and it will ask you to verify your ownership via mobile otp.
Step7:- Click on send otp button an otp will be sent to your mobile number via SMS. Now enter it in the given space and click on Download epic button.
Step8:- Voila your Voter card is successfully downloaded now you can print it and use it wherever you want.
